your room is furnished with beautiful antique furniture, and has a relaxing, topical, decor. or - bring your own bedroom furnishings, if you prefer.
enjoy the privacy and safety of your germantown home, complete with keys to your private bedroom and all exterior entries. parking is conveniently located on the street in front of the house...but soon will be available in a new parking area currently being built behind the home.
enjoy seeing and hearing many varieties of birds, and watch the squirrels and chipmunks scamper about the english-ivy-covered back yard. if you love dogs, there are two precious little pugs on the property. chyna is twelve years old and prissy is three. they pretty much hang out with the homeowner, but you can see them from time to time, if you like.
move-in is available now (or as agreed). your $530 deposit is returned after you have paid six month's shared expenses and have provided a 30-day written notice as to when you expect to leave.
